Ruggeri Oat Flour can be used for the preparation of delicious baked goods and to characterize homemade bread, pizza and focaccia by mixing it with wheat flour. Ruggeri Oat Flour is also ideal for sweet breakfast recipes, such as oat pancakes or oat porridge, typical of the English breakfast.
Ingredients: 120/130 g of Ruggeri Oat Flour - 125 ml of milk - 1 egg - 30 g of sugar - 2 tablespoons of oil - 8 g of baking powder
Procedure: Mix the flour, the sugar and the baking powder in a bowl. Add the milk, the egg and the oil and mix until the mixture is smooth. Preheat a non-sticky frying pan and pour in the mixture with a ladle. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, turn the pancake over and cook for another 2/3 minutes. Serve to taste with honey, jam or hazelnut cream.
