*Oat Beta-glucan has been proven to lower/reduce blood cholesterol levels. Hypercholesterolemia is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of beta-glucans (about 200 g of Functional Pizza Salus) – Reg.(EC) No. 1924/2006 and Reg.(EC) No. 1160/2011.

Ingredients:
- Type "1" wheat flour
- Wheat protein (gluten)
- Oat fibre
- Wheat fibre
- Re-ground durum wheat semolina
- Wheat bran
- Low sodium sea salt
- Dried wheat sourdough
- Dried brewer’s yeast
It may contain milk, eggs, soy, sesame seeds and lupins.
HOW TO USE THIS FUNCTIONAL HOMEMADE PIZZA MIX
- Follow the procedure for the home preparation of the Pizza Salus: you can find it on the back of the package. The preparation of the Functional Pizza Salus is very easy: just add the water and knead!
- It is a complete mix because it already contains all the ingredients, including yeast and salt.
- This mix comes with the patented “Ruggeri Tasca Magica®” package (Magic Pocket). It separates the yeast from the flour with an internal pocket, avoiding the use of preservatives.
