Ingredients:
- Prepared for Sweet Paradise Ruggeri
- Water 115 ml
- Jam
Procedure:
The procedure is very simple, just pour the contents of the sachet into a mixer, add the water and mix with the whisk until you obtain a smooth cream without lumps.
Once you have obtained this cream, butter a pan of maximum 20 cm in diameter, pour the mixture into it and then bake at 175° for approximately 20 minutes.
Once baked you can add either just icing sugar or jam as in my case to give it an even tastier flavour.
