Farro Harmonies Bread

" Heart of Celery " Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 Complete Preparation of Ruggeri Organic Farro Bread Armonie
  • 300 ml of warm water
Procedure: Pour the contents of a sachet and the warm water into a mixer, knead until you have a well-mixed and homogeneous mixture. Let it rest on the covered work surface for 20 minutes and make the reinforcement folds. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with cling film and let it rise until doubled in volume, about 1 hour. Deflate the dough and divide into 5 pieces of 150 g each, give each an oval shape and arrange in a circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the joined parts with water, to keep them attached. Let it rise for another 30 minutes or so, until doubled in size and make the incisions. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes and then lower the temperature to 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
