- 500 g of Instant Pizza Mix with Type 2 Flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 300 ml of warm water

Procedure:
Pour a 500 g pack of Ruggeri Instant Pizza Mix into a stand mixer or bowl, add 300 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes covered with a cloth: in fact, a few minutes will be enough for it to rise, as the mix contains instant yeast that allows you not to have to wait for the usual rising times.
Grease your hands with a little olive oil and spread the dough on a 25 cm x 36 cm baking tray, previously oiled. Season to taste. Bake at 210 ° C for about 22 minutes.
