Paradiso Cake with Milk Cream | Preparation for Dolce Paradiso Ruggeri

Ingredients :
  • 500 g of milk
  • 130 g sugar
  • 80 g of 00 flour
  • 2 ml of vanilla flavouring
  • A 24-26 cm cake or sponge cake (I used the preparation for Dolce Paradiso Ruggeri adding only water)
  • Powdered sugar to sprinkle on the cake
Procedure:
Place the sugar and flour in the bowl and mix for 20 seconds at speed 10.
Add the milk, the vanilla flavouring and cook for 8 min. 90°, speed 4.
Once cooked, remove the cream from the jug, place it in a bowl and set aside until it cools.
Cut a cake in half (I used the preparation for Torta Paradiso Ruggeri ), cut it horizontally and fill the first disc with the milk cream set aside previously.
Close with the second cake disc and sprinkle the surface with plenty of icing sugar.
Let it rest and then serve.
