The brewer's yeast allows the dough to rise in a few hours. It is ideal for the preparation of all types of bread, pizza and focaccia.

How to use our Dried Sourdough with Yeast

Our Dried Sourdough with Yeast is available in the 250 g package but also in the convenient 5 Kg professional package. It is easy-to-use: it just replaces the usual brewer’s yeast.

Dosage: 10% of Dried Sourdough with Yeast on the weight of the flour.

An example: add 50 g of Dried Sourdough with Yeast to 500 g of flour and follow your favorite recipe for bread, pizza, breadsticks or crackers.

  • Sourdough with wheat germ 73% (pre-cooked wheat flour, dried wheat germ sourdough 10%)

  • Dry brewer’s yeast 10%
