Our Dried Sourdough with Yeast is a semi-finished product for bakery with all the organoleptic characteristics of the live sourdough.
Our Dried Sourdough with Yeast is made from top quality wheat germ. It gives the dough a pleasant hazelnut fragrance and an intense scent. It improves the workability of the dough, making it softer. The brewer's yeast allows the dough to rise in a few hours. It is ideal for the preparation of all types of bread, pizza and focaccia.
Our Dried Sourdough with Yeast is available in the 250 g package but also in the convenient 5 Kg professional package. It is easy-to-use: it just replaces the usual brewer’s yeast.
Dosage: 10% of Dried Sourdough with Yeast on the weight of the flour.
An example: add 50 g of Dried Sourdough with Yeast to 500 g of flour and follow your favorite recipe for bread, pizza, breadsticks or crackers.
