A good and irresistible protein pizza base with 30% protein content
Protein 30® Pizza mix makes it easy to create a high-protein, high-fiber and very tasty pizza bread. All you have to do is add water, knead and bake. With a 400 g package of Protein 30® Mix for Pizza mix, you get 4 pizza bases.
Recipe for 4 protein pizzas
Ingredients: 1 package of Protein 30® Pizza (400 g) - 360 ml of water - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Procedure: Mix Protein 30® by hand with 360 ml of water and possibly a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl, until the water is completely absorbed. Place the dough on a table and knead it. Let it rest on the table for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into four portions and make them as smooth as possible. Roll out the loaves first with your hands and then with the help of a rolling pin. Season to taste and bake at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
Serving size for 1 pizza: 100 g Protein 30® Pizza mix and 90 ml water.

- Low sodium salt
- Dried wheat sourdough
- Leavening agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato starch)
