- To prepare it, heat it on a griddle and stuff it with light foods such as seasonal vegetables.

Piadina Funzionale Salus® is the guilt-free flat bread with many nutritional benefits: low in fat, high in fiber and rich in protein. It also contains oat beta-glucans, which help to reduce the level of cholesterol in blood*. This product is ideal for people who follow a varied and balanced diet, combined with a healthy lifestyle.
Preparing Piadina Funzionale Salus® is easy and takes very little time. Simply heat the product on a hot plate or surface for about 30 seconds per side, then stuff as desired. Piadina Funzionale Salus® can be served folded or rolled into a cone.
*Oat Beta-glucan has been proven to lower/reduce blood cholesterol levels. Hypercholesterolemia is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g of beta-glucans (about 116 g of Piadina Funzionale Salus®) – Reg.(EC) No. 1924/2006 and Reg.(EC) No. 1160/2011.
