With this professional 5 kg semi-finished mix you can produce fragrant and healthy baguettes. Salus is in fact an ally against cholesterol thanks to the oat beta-glucans, which help to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood (Reg. (EC) No 1924/2006 and Reg. (EC) No 1160/2011). The daily oat beta-glucans intake has to be at least 3 g of Beta-glucans (about 150 g of Salus bread). Salus helps you stay in shape without giving up the pleasure of good bread!
