  • 300 g Arifa Organic Flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • 500 g homemade béchamel sauce

Procedure

Clean the mushrooms (to find out how to clean mushrooms perfectly click here); cut them into slices and sauté them in a pan for a few minutes with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic.
Dice the mozzarella. Blanch the lasagna in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Now proceed with the assembly: take a baking pan and grease it with oil. Place the pastry on top, then proceed with a few spoonfuls of béchamel, grated parmesan, mushrooms, ham and mozzarella. Repeat the steps again 2-3 times, until the height of the pan is filled. The final layer should only be béchamel, mozzarella and parmesan. Put everything in the oven at 180° for about 40-50 minutes. Cooking always depends on your oven, so check that the pasta is cooked and the surface is well gratinated.
