In 2004 we had a simple idea: to bring the skill and knowledge gained from years of experience in the professional baking sector… into the home kitchen.
Thanks to the work of our Research and Development Laboratory , every day we create preparations, yeasts and flours with which to bake natural baked goods , made with always good, selected and quality ingredients . Since its birth, Ruggeri has followed a Clean Label philosophy : we use only natural ingredients, free of Mono and Diglycerides of fatty acids or chemical emulsifiers.
This is why we are Laboratorio Italiano Farine: every day we test the best raw materials to obtain naturally healthy and tasty baked goods. Since 2021 Ruggeri has been part of the Il Granaio delle Idee srl group
Ruggeri Magic Pocket®: Preserves Ingredients Longer
Always oriented towards innovation, we have registered the Ruggeri Tasca Magica® packaging solution. It is a pocket that, thanks to two internal compartments, separates the yeast from the flour . This allows the ingredients to be preserved longer , without the use of preservatives or chemical emulsifiers.
Ruggeri Tasca Magica® maintains the organoleptic characteristics of the raw materials, such as aroma, flavor and fermentation activity, and prevents the decay of the yeast. If the yeast comes into contact with the flour, in fact, the fermentation process begins. In this way the flour remains pure, with 100% leavening potential.
Convenient and practical, thanks to Ruggeri Tasca Magica ® you pour all the ingredients you need directly into the bowl, without having to worry about checking the doses or weighing the yeast.
