A delicious idea
for an aperitif and for olive lovers: these savory muffins are
enriched with a tasty mix of green and black olives . The base is with Arifa Farina bio, a very tasty
blend of organic flours , with durum wheat, soft wheat, spelt and corn.
Ingredients
- 200 g of Organic Arifa Flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of yeast for savoury dishes
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml of seed oil
- 40 g of shelled almonds
- 120 ml whole milk
- 1 generous tablespoon of dried black olives
- 1 generous tablespoon of flavored stuffed green olives
- 1 bunch fresh thyme or parsley
- salt and pepper
Procedure for savoury muffins
In the mixer, blend the fresh herbs with the almonds, olives and oil. Add the milk and beaten eggs and mix well. Add the yeast to the flour, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and stir until you get a smooth mixture. Fill the paper cups or a muffin mold and bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes, until they become slightly golden. Serve!
