Preparation
In a bowl, pour 300 ml of warm water (a little more than a glass) and the contents of Pane Armonie di Farro Ruggeri. Knead initially with a wooden spoon lightly greased with oil, then knead vigorously by hand until it forms a ball without lumps. If the dough is dry, add a drizzle of water, if it is sticky, add a spoonful of flour.
Leave to rest in the oven (turned off) inside the bowl wrapped in a damp cloth for about 2-3 hours.
Take the dough and shape the loaf, in the meantime turn on the oven to 220°C and place a pan with water on the lower shelf of the oven (this procedure is essential if you want to have a loaf with a crunchy crust!).
Bake the loaf for about 30-35 minutes.
