Corn and sunflower seed bread | Corn puff mix

Ingredients

  • 500 g Corn puff bread mix
  • 300 ml Water

Preparation

  1. Start by placing the corn bread mix in a bowl, let it rest for 5 minutes
  2. Add the warm water and continue kneading for 10 minutes. Oil the baking tray, shape the loaves and leave to rise for about 3 hours.
  3. Once the leavening time has elapsed, cook in a static oven at 220 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes
