Ingredients
- 500 g Corn puff bread mix
- 300 ml Water
Preparation
- Start by placing the corn bread mix in a bowl, let it rest for 5 minutes
- Add the warm water and continue kneading for 10 minutes. Oil the baking tray, shape the loaves and leave to rise for about 3 hours.
- Once the leavening time has elapsed, cook in a static oven at 220 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes
