Buckwheat Peach Bread | Buckwheat Flour and Arifa

Recipe from " Pippicalzina's Kitchen "
pandipesca-3575 The recipe for Peach Bread with Buckwheat is the summer answer to the Orange Bread I made some time ago. I made some changes and used a flour that made it more rustic..I love buckwheat in desserts. It is very simple to make and comes out soft and fragrant..the beauty of this dessert is that by blending the peach in the dough you will get a really intense aroma..great for both breakfast and a delicious snack..I leave you the dose for a 26 cake pan.
  • 2 peaches
  • 150 g of Ruggeri Organic Arifa flour
  • 150 g of Ruggeri buckwheat flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of milk
  • a sachet of yeast
To prepare the Peach Bread with Buckwheat, start by taking a peach and peeling it.. we cut it into pieces.. we put it together with the sugar, oil and milk and in a mixer and blend everything.. we put everything in a large bowl and add the eggs and flours.. lastly we will add the yeast.. now with the whisks we whip everything.. now pour into a buttered and floured pan.. peel the second peach and cut it into slices.. distribute it on the dough.. if you like, add a few spoonfuls of brown sugar.. cook the Peach Bread with Buckwheat at 180° for about an hour.. once cooked, leave to cool.. take it out of the oven and let it cool.. sprinkle with icing sugar.. Your Peach Bread with Buckwheat is Ready!!
