Ingredients for 6 milk buns:
I took a bowl and put in the 250 ml of hot water and the mix for the soft milk bread, as the package says I leave it like this without touching it for 5\10 minutes, I grease my hands, I start kneading vigorously and once I have kneaded well I leave it to rest as I usually do for other types of bread for 10\15 minutes. (Each type of bread has its own times, for these 10\15 minutes are enough)
After these minutes I make 50g balls or small loaves to form braids, I brush them with a little water but just enough to make sure that the sesame seeds stick to the dough in this case I put sesame on the braids and some granulated garlic on the buns and I let them rest for 3 hours covered.
I turn the oven on in static mode at 200° and once it reaches the temperature I bake for 10 minutes then I bring the oven to 180° and leave it for another 20 minutes
They are delicious, easy to fill and keep for days as a wonderful snack…
Sweet with a jam, maybe homemade …………or savoury……….
With a nice glass of wine for the older ones…………..
