This bread mix allows you to bake fragrant loaves of
toasted seed bread with a malty flavor at home. The result of special toasting of seeds and flours, this
dark bread mix is the Italian reinterpretation of a Nordic classic.
Also ideal for use with a bread machine , like all Ruggeri bread mixes.
Ingredients
Preparation by hand
Pour 280 ml of warm water into a bowl. Pour in the package of preparation and let the water and preparation rest, as they are, for at least 5 minutes. Knead vigorously by hand for 10 minutes.
If the dough sticks, wash and oil your hands. Form the rolls and let them rise for 120-180 minutes on a previously oiled baking sheet, inside the turned off oven. Remove the baking sheet and bring the oven to a temperature of 220°C. Add a small pan of water to the oven, put the baking sheet with the rolls in and cook for about 20-30 minutes.
