Corn Buns | Soffio di Mais Ruggeri Bread Mix

corn_puff_sandwiches A bread that makes you happy with its unmistakable color, its crunchiness and its inimitable flavor of corn enriched with sunflower seeds. Ideal whenever you want to surprise with an explosion of taste, friability and color. Ingredients:
  • 500 g of Soffio di mais bread mix
  • 320 ml of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation with the bread machine: Pour 320 ml of warm water and the contents of the package into the machine's tray. Select your favorite program (min. 2.5 hours). Preparation by hand: Pour 320 ml of warm water into a bowl. Pour the contents of the package and let the water and oil rest, as they are, for at least five minutes. Knead vigorously by hand for 15 minutes. If the dough sticks, wash and oil your hands. Form small loaves and let them rise for 120-180 minutes on a previously oiled baking sheet, inside the turned off oven. Remove the pan, place a small pan of water inside the oven and bring the temperature to 220°C. Cook for approximately 20-30 minutes.
