Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of Ruggeri Amordolce berries preparation
- 120 ml of water or semi-skimmed milk
- Blackberry jam to taste
- Sugar granules to taste
Preparation:
Pour the mixture into a bowl; add the water and mix the mixture with a whisk, trying to eliminate all the lumps.
Line a plumcake mold with baking paper and pour in half the mixture. Add a few spoonfuls of jam along the entire length, then pour in the other half of the mixture.
Add the granulated sugar and bake at 180° in a fan oven for 30 minutes.
