Ingredients:
- 125 g of flour 0
- 125 g of wholemeal soft wheat flour
- 100 g of forest sugar
- 250 ml of oat milk
- 60 g of soft butter
- 1 egg
- 8 g of baking powder
- A handful of roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 2/3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Procedure:
Beat the egg with the sugar, add the oat milk and butter and continue to work. Now add the other solid ingredients: the flours, cocoa, yeast and finally the chopped hazelnuts.
Mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Line a plumcake mold with baking paper, fill it with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35/40 minutes, checking with a toothpick to check if it is cooked.
Once ready and cooled, sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
