Ingredients:
- 22cm round mould
- 3 whole eggs
- 170 g granulated sugar
- 150 g organic Arifa flour
- 20 g bitter cocoa
- 8 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 120 ml whole milk
- 50 g butter
- 50 g extra dark chocolate
- qb sugar granules to decorate
Preparation:
Using an electric whisk or a planetary mixer, beat the whole eggs with the sugar for at least five minutes.
Sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt twice.
Now in a saucepan we combine the milk, chocolate and butter and bring almost to the boil. Turn off.
Turn on the oven and set it to 175° (gas and static).
Using a spatula, combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture, then immediately add the hot milk.
Pour immediately into the pan lined with baking paper or buttered and floured and bake for about half an hour.
Let it cool and unmold. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
