Ingredients:
- 55 g of organic flour Arifa Ruggeri

50 g of sugar

50 g of butter
(or 30 ml of seed oil)

1 tablespoon milk

vanilla aroma
-
a pinch of baking powder
For the royal icing:
- 25 g egg whites
- 150 g of icing sugar
- a drop of lemon, to taste
- strawberries, for decoration
Procedure :
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar well, add the egg, the spoonful of milk and finally the sifted flour with the yeast.
Pour the mixture into the paper cups, placed in the muffin tin, or into the single-serving aluminum molds, so that they do not open during cooking, taking care not to fill them more than 2/3 full.
Bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Cool on a rack.
For the royal icing, beat the egg white and sugar until thick and frothy. Add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
Once the cakes are cold, frost with royal icing and arrange the strawberries.
