Preparation

  1. First, turn on the oven to 180° and bring it to temperature.
  2. In a bowl, beat the whole egg with the sugar, the grated orange, the yogurt and finally the oil.
  3. Mix everything together, add the sifted Arifa flour and yeast, and finally a pinch of salt.
  4. We knead until we obtain a smooth dough.
  5. We detach a small piece of dough from the shortcrust pastry, form a little snake and give it an “S” shape.
  6. We pass the biscuits in the brown sugar and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  7. Bake for about 17 minutes, they must brown on the surface.
  8. Once baked, let them cool down and, if you want, you can sprinkle them with icing sugar at the last minute.

Presentation

  1. Our soggy yogurt cookies are ready to be dunked in a good cup of milk.
