INGREDIENTS:
- 320 g Organic Arifa Flour
- 1 New organic egg
- 1 N Organic grated orange
- 130 g Sugar
- 30 ml Coconut oil
- 8 g Baking powder
- 1 Pinch Himalayan Salt
- 125 g Greek yogurt
- qb Brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation
- First, turn on the oven to 180° and bring it to temperature.
- In a bowl, beat the whole egg with the sugar, the grated orange, the yogurt and finally the oil.
- Mix everything together, add the sifted Arifa flour and yeast, and finally a pinch of salt.
- We knead until we obtain a smooth dough.
- We detach a small piece of dough from the shortcrust pastry, form a little snake and give it an “S” shape.
- We pass the biscuits in the brown sugar and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for about 17 minutes, they must brown on the surface.
- Once baked, let them cool down and, if you want, you can sprinkle them with icing sugar at the last minute.
Presentation
- Our soggy yogurt cookies are ready to be dunked in a good cup of milk.
