INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g Ruggeri 7-grain flour
- 250 ml Warm water
- qb Flax seeds
- qb Chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
- We put the water in a bowl and pour the flour, let it rest for 5 minutes
- Using a spatula, mix the flour with the water.
- Once it is completely absorbed, we work the dough energetically on a lightly floured pastry board, for 10 minutes.
- We shape the bread (I made two loaves) and place them on a baking tray lined with oiled baking paper.
- Cover with cling film and place in the oven until doubled in size, approximately 2 hours.
- Once doubled, add the flax and chia seeds, make small cuts and bake at 220 degrees in a hot oven, with a small pan of cold water on the bottom.
- After 10 minutes, remove the pan and lower the temperature to 200 degrees, leave to cook for 20 minutes.
- Once the bread is ready, place it on a rack and leave it in the oven with the door turned off until it cools.
Presentation
