Ingredients
- Arifa Flour Organic Ruggeri Flour 500 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 200 ml
- Vin Santo 200 ml
- Sugar 200 g
- Raisins 200 g
- Pine nuts 200 g
- Yeast 1 sachet
Preparation
The first thing to do is combine flour, pine nuts and sugar and mix. In the meantime, soak the raisins in warm water.
then add the oil and the vinsanto to the mixture, the raisins and mix well until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Then line two baking trays with baking paper and make balls the size of a walnut.
Bake at 180° for approximately 20 minutes.
