Puffed Wheat Cake | Arifa Organic Flour

Ingredients

  • Puffed Durum Wheat 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 50 g
  • Sugar 50 g
  • Ruggeri Organic Arifa Flour 150 g
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Milk to taste
  • Yeast 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachio Grains Bacco qb

Preparation

First, melt the butter and add it to the sugar until you get a soft cream, then add the egg, the lemon zest, the flour and the milk.

Finally the yeast.

Gradually add the Molino e Pastificio sul Lago wheat, puffed with honey, and continue mixing.

Pour the pistachios and then the mixture onto the base of the previously buttered mould and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
