Ingredients
- Puffed Durum Wheat 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Butter 50 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Ruggeri Organic Arifa Flour 150 g
- Lemon zest to taste
- Milk to taste
- Yeast 1 teaspoon
- Pistachio Grains Bacco qb
Preparation
First, melt the butter and add it to the sugar until you get a soft cream, then add the egg, the lemon zest, the flour and the milk.
Finally the yeast.
Gradually add the Molino e Pastificio sul Lago wheat, puffed with honey, and continue mixing.
Pour the pistachios and then the mixture onto the base of the previously buttered mould and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
