Ingredients:

Ruggeri Arifa Flour 300 g

Egg 1

Milk 90 ml

Sugar 50 g

Fresh Brewer's Yeast 10 g

Butter 50 g

Big Flavor Spreadable Cream

Powdered Cane Sugar
Chocolate Brioche Preparation:
To prepare these delicious Chocolate Brioscine , heat the milk and dissolve the brewer's yeast in it. In a stand mixer, or in a large bowl, put the flour, egg, sugar and butter in pieces, pour in the milk in which the yeast was dissolved and mix everything together, knead well, the dough must become smooth, work it for a few minutes, in the stand mixer work until the dough comes away from the edges. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size, it will take about a couple of hours. At this point take it again and roll it out on a floured surface forming a rectangle about 4 mm thick, divide it into rectangles of about 8/10 cm and, holding the rectangle horizontally, put two teaspoons of chocolate cream on one side and cut the opposite side into strips, wrap the dough around the cream, starting from the whole side and ending with the one cut into strips, arrange the Brioscine on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook at 180° for about 15 minutes, sprinkle with icing sugar... your chocolate Brioscine are ready to be enjoyed!!
