Brownie | Ruggeri Soft Wheat Flour

  • 250 g of Ruggeri Stone Ground Soft Wheat Flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 70g dark chocolate
  • 70 g of butter
  • 70 g of walnut kernels
  • 2 eggs
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
To make the Brownies, start like this...melt the chocolate and butter cut into pieces in the microwave or in a bain-marie...add the sugar...add the eggs and beat quickly...now add the sifted flour and the yeast...add the salt...add the roughly chopped walnuts...mix well...line the pan with tin foil or baking paper...pour in the mixture and level well...cook for about 30 minutes at 180°...let it cool...then cut into slices...your Brownies are ready!!
