The
yogurt donut is a classic dessert to prepare at home, all to be filled with raspberry jam. With this recipe from "La Cucina di Pippicalzina" you can prepare it
in a few minutes , with our
Type 1 Soft Wheat Flour .

Eggs 3

Sugar 150 g

Yogurt 1

Soybean Oil 1 glass

Baking Powder 1 sachet

Raspberry Jam 150 g
Procedure
To prepare the donut with yogurt and raspberry jam, put the eggs and sugar in a bowl or in a classic planetary mixer. Using an electric whisk, mix everything well until you have a nice fluffy mixture. Continuing to mix, add the oil, yogurt, flour and yeast.
Once all the ingredients are mixed, pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold. Spoon the raspberry jam onto the surface of the donut, all around. It will tend to fall into the dough, but that's okay.
Bake in a hot oven for about 35 minutes and check the cooking with a toothpick. Once baked, sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
