Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- a bunch of asparagus
- 200 g of organic Arifa flour
- salt & pepper
- a pot of low-fat plain yogurt
- 30 ml of oil
- 100g smoked bacon
- a sachet of dry yeast for savory pies
To make the tasty asparagus and bacon donut, start by cleaning the asparagus. Wash the asparagus and remove the final piece of the hard stem and peel the final part with a potato peeler. Boil them for about ten minutes in lightly salted water. Beat the eggs, yogurt, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the sifted flour. Chop the asparagus and bacon into small pieces. Add them to the egg mixture. Add the oil and dry yeast. Mix everything together to obtain a smooth mixture. Pour into the buttered and floured mold. Cook the tasty asparagus and bacon donut for about half an hour. It will take on a nice golden color. Your tasty asparagus and bacon donut is ready!!
