Recipe by " Valentina and Bimby "
Ingredients for a 24-26 cm flower :- 250 g of flour I used Ruggeri Arifa flour

250 g of sugar

Peel of 1 organic orange

80 g of orange juice

150 g sunflower seed oil

3 large eggs

A sachet of baking powder

A pinch of salt

Orange flavouring to taste Optional

Powdered sugar to taste
Place the sugar and orange peel in the jug and chop for 15 seconds at speed 10.
Add the oil, eggs, orange juice, a pinch of salt, orange flavoring and mix for 50 seconds at speed 5.
Add the flour and mix for 1 minute at speed 6.
Finally add the yeast and mix for another 15 seconds at speed 5.
Pour the mixture into a previously oiled and floured donut-shaped mold.
Cook in a hot oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes or until cooked inside, checking with a skewer.
Remove from the oven, let cool, turn the donut upside down onto a tray, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
