Ingredients:
- 20 g of buckwheat flour
- 20 g of Arifa Ruggeri flour
- 150 g of egg white
- 50 g of passion fruit pulp
- 1 teaspoon espresso coffee
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Beat the egg white well, until it becomes white and frothy, it does not need to be stiff. Add the flour and mix until the mixture is smooth, add the coffee and the passion fruit pulp and continue mixing.
Pour the mixture into the donut molds and bake for 20 minutes, once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to cool, then remove from the molds.
