Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Spelt Flour Ruggeri 300 g
- Yogurt 1 jar
- Dark Chocolate 200g
- Butter 100 g
- Normal or cane sugar 100 g
- Yeast 1 sachet
Procedure:
1)The procedure is very simple: First start with the eggs, open them and put them in a saucepan where you will then beat them together with the sugar, both the yolk and the egg white together, until you obtain a frothy mixture.
2)Then melt the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave, as you prefer, and add it to the mixture, continuing to mix.
3) Then add the jar of yogurt and finally the sifted Farro Spelta Ruggeri flour and the yeast. Then chop the dark chocolate and pour it into the mixture, stirring.
4)Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured springform pan and bake at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
5) Once ready, unmold it, sprinkle with icing sugar and it's ready.
