Easy dessert for the clumsy | Arifa Organic Flour

Recipe from " Pippicalzina's Kitchen "
sweet for the clumsy Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 90 ml of milk
  • 200 g of Ruggeri Organic Arifa flour
  • 150 ml of warm water
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • zest and juice of a lemon to taste
The Dolce per imbranati is prepared like this... put all the ingredients in a bowl... mix well with a hand whisk or if you have an electric one... pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold or covered with baking paper... bake at 180° for about 40-50 minutes... to be sure, do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry, turn off... your Dolce per imbranati is ready!!
