Cooked wheat and pineapple cake | Arifa Organic Flour

  • 130 g of organic Arifa Ruggeri flour
  • 60 gr of butter
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 50 g of icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 180g of pineapple in syrup
  • 100g cooked wheat
To prepare the cooked wheat and pineapple cake, start like this... let the butter soften at room temperature... dice the pineapple... beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar... in a mixer or by hand, mix the icing sugar with the softened butter, the egg yolks, the flour, the cooked wheat... now slowly add the beaten egg whites... mix everything together... pour the mixture into the buttered and floured mold... sprinkle the surface with the well-drained diced pineapple... bake in the oven at 180° for about 30 minutes... your cooked wheat and pineapple cake is ready!!
