  • 250 g of Ruggeri organic Arifa flour
  • 130 g of butter
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 70 g vanilla icing sugar
  • an egg
  • nutella
To prepare the Sbrisolotti alla Nutella, start like this... prepare a shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour, sugar, icing sugar, butter in pieces and the egg... work briefly without compacting... it must remain crumbly... take the special baking tray for sweets or the paper cups and put a small pile of crumbs... bake the Sbrisolotti alla Nutella at 180° for about 15 minutes... once cooked, let cool and decorate with the Nutella using a syringe or piping bag... your Sbrisolotti alla Nutella are ready!!
