Ingredients
- 500 g of Arifa Ruggeri Organic Flour
- 60 ml of milk
- 240 ml of water at room temperature
- 80 g of sugar
- 40 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 5 g of dehydrated brewer's yeast
- 10 g of fine salt
- Rosemary to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Procedure for rosemary focaccia with Arifa
Pour Arifa into the bowl of the mixer.
In another bowl, add the sugar and yeast, then mix.
Combine milk and water in a jug.
Turn on the machine and pour the flour, yeast and sugar into the bowl. Then slowly add the liquid mixture and finally the salt. Change the hook and knead for 15 minutes with the hook hook.
Let the hydrated dough rise for 2 hours in the oven with the light off.
After leavening, roll out the dough in a pan oiled with extra virgin olive oil to taste. Let it rise for another hour.
Finally add coarse salt and rosemary and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
Bake and stuff, maybe with mortadella!
