A tasty idea
for 5 o'clock tea : mini lime plumcakes with
dough made with Arifa Farina Bio Ruggeri . This blend of organic flours is perfect
for any type of dessert or tart , plus it's healthy because it comes only from organic flours. Try this "all to be dunked" recipe from "Dolci a Go Go"!
Ingredients
- 180 g of Arifa Organic Flour
- 50 g of potato starch
- 1 plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 100 ml of sunflower oil
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
For the syrup
- 4 tablespoons lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 100 g of icing sugar
Procedure
Mix all the powders (flour, yeast, starch, salt) in a bowl and the liquids (egg, yogurt, oil, milk) in another, then combine the two compounds, adding the lime zest and its juice.
Divide the mixture into the molds and bake for 25 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the syrup by placing the lime juice and powdered sugar in a saucepan and heating on a very low flame until it has melted. As soon as the mini plumcakes are ready, take them out of the oven and immediately prick them with a toothpick.
Wet them with the still hot syrup evenly, both in the center and on the sides. Wait until they have absorbed all the liquid.
Once lukewarm, the mini lime plumcakes can be unmolded. Final touch: a grated lime zest on top!
