Ingredients:
- 1 pack of 500g of Salus Functional Bread
- 430 ml of warm water
- re-milled semolina flour for the work surface
- extra virgin olive oil for the mold
Procedure
- In a large bowl, pour the warm water and add the contents of the Salus Functional Bread mix.
- Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until you obtain a smooth and compact mixture.
- Transfer the mixture onto a floured work surface (I used re-milled semolina flour) and shape the bread.
- You can make rolls by breaking the mixture into equal parts and rolling them one at a time. Or you can make two loaves. Or you can give them a “cassette” shape using a plumcake mold. In any case, place in the mold/molds previously oiled.
- Leave to rise for 90 minutes in a dry, warm place (I do it in the oven with only the light on).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C, in static mode, for 40 minutes, depending on the size (about 20-25 minutes for small rolls, 35-40 minutes if you make two loaves with one pack of mix, about 50 minutes if you make a single loaf with one pack of mix).
- Add a small pan of water to the oven throughout the cooking time.
Very simple, right?
