A wonderful mascarpone brioche, soft and perfect for breakfast or a snack. Tasty and very soft , it keeps for a few days! The author of the recipe is the food influencer @biancoduovo, who chose to use Arifa organic flour , the multipurpose mix particularly suitable for desserts.
Ingredients
- 400 g of Arifa Organic Flour
- 100 g of strong flour
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 7 g of fresh brewer's yeast
- 100 g of milk
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure for the mascarpone brioche
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk, add the flours and eggs and start kneading. Add the mascarpone by spoonfuls, making sure it is well absorbed, and finish with the salt.
Form a ball and let it double in size.
Form balls of equal weight and place them in a plumcake mold (or in the Versilia oven if you have one). Wait for them to double in size, brush the surface with egg yolk and cook until golden brown.
