Ingredients
Preparation
By hand
-Evening.
Make a well with the flour. Pour the milk inside, little by little, and the soft butter. Mix well, add the salt, sugar, sesame and the mother yeast, which you will have refreshed in the morning (150 g of lm + 150 g of flour 0 + 75 g of water).
Knead well until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Let it rise all night directly in the oiled bread pan, covered with a cloth (I did it in the oven turned off).
-Next morning.
Take the bread in the pan and cook it in a preheated oven at 180° for 45-50 minutes, or until golden.
With the bread machine
-Evening.
Insert the ingredients into the still cold bread machine in the order written above, always inserting the liquids first and the yeast last, avoiding contact between the yeast and the liquid, so that the latter does not ferment too much. Turn the machine on with the "fast" program. Turn it on. When you hear the "beep" add the sesame. Once the dough is ready, let it rise overnight.
-Next morning.
Bake at 180° for 45-50 minutes, or until golden.
