Ingredients:
- 400 g Ruggeri Salus Bread Mix Flours
- 345 ml Water
- 50 g Walnuts
- qb Sunflower seeds
Preparation :
- Place the mixture in a bowl, add the yeast that we find inside the magic pocket.
- Pour the water and work the dough which will be sticky, let it rest for 5 minutes.
- After resting, crumble the walnuts into small pieces and work until they form a loaf, leave covered to rest for 20 minutes.
- Let's shape the bread, I made a loaf, I placed it on greased baking paper inside the baking tray.
- Cover with cling film and leave to double in size for 60 minutes, in the turned-off oven.
- Once doubled, use a razor blade to cut the bread, lightly wet the surface with water and add the sunflower seeds.
- Bake in a hot oven at 210° for 30 minutes, once cooked, leave the door open, so that all the humidity can escape.
- Then place on a rack and let cool.
