Soft rolls with aromatic herbs

Recipe from " Pippicalzina's Kitchen "
Ingredients:
  • 500 g of Ruggeri soft wheat flour
  • 10 g of brewer's yeast
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • 7-8 sage leaves and a sprig of rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
To prepare the soft rolls with aromatic herbs, start like this... dissolve the brewer's yeast in 250 ml of slightly warm water... knead the flour with the water with the dissolved yeast, the oil, the sugar... add a teaspoon of salt and continue to work for another 10 minutes with the help of a planetary mixer or if you don't have one, it's also fine by hand with a little more patience... add the chopped aromatic herbs, form a ball, and place it in a bowl... cover it and let it rise in a warm place for about two hours... now take the risen dough and grease your hands with a drizzle of oil, divide the dough forming balls, you will get about 16... place them in a baking tray, you can place them spaced apart considering that they will grow during cooking or even slightly distant that cooking will make a single bread but easily portionable with your hands... the rolls will come off without the 'use of the knife.. cook them in the oven at 200° for about 20 minutes..your soft rolls with aromatic herbs are ready!!
