For a tasty dinner , this white pizza with lard and potatoes is the ideal choice. The dough is prepared with the Pizza Grani Antichi Ruggeri mix , already complete with all the ingredients, just add water and oil.
This mix allows you to obtain an aromatic and tasty pizza , with type 1 flour.
Ingredients
- 1 preparation for Pizza Grani Antichi Ruggeri
- 300 ml of warm water
- 25 ml oil
Procedure for ancient grain pizza
Pour the mixture into a bowl. Add 300 ml of warm water and knead for 5 minutes.
Continuing to knead, add the oil.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes and, after this time, roll it out on an oiled baking sheet. Let it rise again, for at least 90 minutes.
Season the base with oil, potatoes and rosemary and cook at 220° for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, add the sliced bacon and serve hot.
