RECIPE FOR 3 DM PIZZAS OF 28-30 cm
Ingredients:
- a 500g bag of RUGGERI INSTANT TYPE 2 PIZZA MIX
- 300 ml of warm water
- 30ml extra virgin olive oil
- tomato sauce how much is enough
- 400g diced mozzarella
- grated cheese as needed
- salt
- other condiments to taste (I used spicy salami)
Procedure:
Pour the contents of the mixture into a bowl or planetary mixer, add the warm water and olive oil. Knead everything until you obtain a smooth, elastic and homogeneous dough. Divide the dough obtained into 3 equal parts, on a floured work surface, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin forming 3 discs of 28-30 cm in diameter. Spread the discs of dough on the bottom of pizza pans lightly greased with oil, season with tomato sauce, grated cheese and salt. Bake at 220 ° for about 20 minutes. 5 minutes before taking the pizzas out of the oven, add mozzarella and spicy salami (or other toppings of your choice). Once the mozzarella has melted and the pizzas are out of the oven...your delicious and crunchy instant pizza will be ready to be enjoyed.
