Ingredients: Dough for 1 pizza:
  • 250 g of Ruggeri Instant Type 2 Pizza Mix
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 170 ml of warm water
For the filling:
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 2 potatoes
  • rosemary
  • salt
Procedure: In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix vigorously for a few minutes with a spoon. Pour the mixture onto a surface sprinkled with the mixture. Turn the mixture over, as if to bread it, until it is no longer sticky. Spread the mixture onto a previously oiled baking sheet. Season with the mozzarella in slices or cubes, the thinly sliced ​​potatoes, brush with oil and salt, finally flavor with rosemary. Bake at 220°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
