Ingredients
- 1 pack of Salus Functional Pizza Mix
- 330 ml of warm water
The preparation contains: Soft wheat flour type "1", wheat proteins, oat fiber, wheat fiber, re-milled durum wheat semolina, wheat bran, low sodium sea salt, dried wheat sourdough, dried brewer's yeast.
Ingredients for the dressing
- 1 nice bunch of rocket
- 200g of Bresaola
- 250g of Parmesan cheese
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- salt
Procedure
Pour the Preparation, taking care to completely empty both the main pocket and the Ruggeri magic pocket. Add 330 ml of warm water, knead and let the dough rest covered with a damp cloth or cling film until it doubles in volume. Knead the dough only to form the single-portion balls, which will then be left to rise for another hour covered. Roll out the dough into 4 thin discs 22-24 cm in diameter and 3 mm thick.
Cook the two pasta discs with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Wash the rocket and drain well, gather in a bowl and season lightly with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Remember to dress the salad a few minutes before using it.
Garnish the pizzas as desired, with rocket, slices of Bresaola and flaked Parmesan.
