Preparation
I kneaded the pizza about 4-5 hours before baking it, I poured the contents of the bag into a large bowl, I poured the quantity of water and oil and I kneaded vigorously until I obtained a smooth and homogeneous ball, which I covered and placed away from drafts to rise. After 3 hours the pizza had already risen, I preferred, to make it even tastier, to knead it again and roll it out in the pan to let it rise for another half an hour / hour. I then seasoned to taste, with vegetables, tomato, sausage, onion and baked at 200 ° for 10-15 minutes each pizza.
