Ingredients:
- 15 g of almond flour
- 25 g of Ruggeri rice flour
- 100 g of egg white
- 50g almond milk
- a teaspoon of almond cream
- fruit of your choice
Procedure:
Mix the egg white, milk and flours in a bowl until you get a smooth mixture. Heat a 20 cm non-stick pan and pour in a portion of the mixture and cook for a few minutes, when bubbles form on the surface, turn and cook for a minute. Continue like this until the mixture is complete.
Once the crepes are cooked and cooled, fold them in half and roll them up, arrange them next to each other and decorate with berries as desired and almond cream.
